In 2016 Kwi Awt Stelmexw hosted the Squamish Youth Photography Camp, an arts mentorship summer camp for youth with Squamish ancestry. The 8-day camp was spread out over two weeks and hosted by award-winning Indigenous photographer Thosh Collins from Arizona. Thosh's work is "creating professional quality images of people to help promote positive cultural identity through the use of digital photo media such as: portraiture, fashion, editorial, headshot, street, and culturally sensitive documentary". He is an award-winning Indigenous photographer whose work includes traveling to Indigenous communities and offering youth mentorship projects in photography and wellness.
